Description / Duties:
The finance assistant is responsible for assisting with call time follow up, assisting with pledge chasing calls, managing interns, organizing mailings, and writing solicitations. The finance assistant is also tasked with building, supporting, and staffing events, writing thank you notes and letters, and processing the daily mail. Other duties as needed.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to work in a fast past environment and to work under deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP is preferred.
Salary based on experience.
